Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule manpower and set production goals before the job starts.
  • Manage all field staff internal and subs.
  • Manage all on-site logistics, material deliveries, subtrades and equipment rentals.
  • Monitor production on all jobs to ensure budgets are met (or beat) daily.
  • Ensure all materials are properly specified and ordered for each job per SOW and plans.
  • Trouble shoot technical issues on site and come up with practical solutions.
  • Monitor quality through field inspections and punch list.
  • Ensure all clients’ on-site requirements are addressed.
  • Maintain constant communication with client site contact.
  • Manage on-site safety policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required 

Education

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management Preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of field supervision experience with a mechanical contractor

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong work ethic and a high level of self-motivation
  • Computer Savvy

Working Conditions | Environment | Special Requirements

  • Full time onsite
  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Federal regulations.
