| HVAC Production Estimator sought by Advanced Roofing, Inc. for a position based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Must have a Bachelor degree in civil engineering, construction management (or related), and 24 months experience as Estimator (or related). Duties include: Provide full estimates for commercial bid proposals including digital and hand take offs, pricing out materials and equipment, pricing out various subcontractor trades. Utilize knowledge of HVAC design principles to provide professional bid proposals with the highest level of attention to details. Utilize technical engineering background and provide consultations in the form of developing HVAC system-related solutions for the customer’s problems. Must have experience with the HVAC estimating software Fast Pipe and Fast Duct. Must pass a preemployment drug screen and background check (including a criminal background check).
